Travel Tips for Jordan in October

It’s a fact. You want to visit Jordan in October. Below you’ll find a few tips that’ll help you plan your trip.

  1. Your Jordan trip will be (more) expensive, relatively speaking. October is in the middle of the autumn high season in Jordan. This means you won’t find many good deals on flights and accommodation – but you should still…
  2. Book in advance! This tip is in the same line as the one above. There’ll be a lot of demand in the tourist industry. Booking your hotels, flight tickets, and tours earlier will give you a higher chance of finding better deals.
  3. As October is a popular time to visit, there’ll be lots of crowds. Jordan hits its peak of visitor arrivals in October and you can expect the most popular tourist sites to be fairly crowded.
  4. As the weather is improving – read: cooling off – in October, you should consult my Jordan packing list to make sure you pack the right layers and sun protection.
